Before using the mouthguard for the first time, you need to customize the mouthguard.

Place the mouthguard in hot water (+/- 80 degrees) for 1 minute.

Remove the mouthguard from the water and place it in your mouth, biting it to form a dental impression.

Repeat the process until the mouthguard is secure.
After use, brush the mouthguard with a toothbrush or wash with cold water and soap.

Store the mouthguard in a dry and dark place. (In the storage box)

Never place the mouthguard in direct sunlight as this can dry out the EVA rubber.
