Shipping & Returns

Prices and shipping costs

Take the time to try on all items. If you decide to return item (s), you can fill in the return form in your package and return it to us along with your item (s). Request a return via within 30 days.

The prices stated on include the statutory VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Subject to misprints, typesetting errors and price changes. 


The shipping costs are the same for all orders, regardless of the size and weight of your order. The costs for each shipping option are clearly stated during the ordering process. Our standard shipping costs are € 6.75 for shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium, € 12.00 elsewhere in Europe and € 23.00 elsewhere in the world.

You can order via If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing an order. In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If the order has already been paid, we will try to refund the payment via the payment method used by you. If the refund has to be made in another way, YESFIT Sportswear will notify you and ask you to contact customer service who will handle the refund.

Revocation of an order

You can cancel or return your order from the date you placed the order up to 30 days after receipt of the ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive the amount including the standard shipping costs and excluding the return costs (€ 0.99), if this is the case. If you want to keep certain items and only want to cancel part of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. For our full returns policy, visit


If you want to cancel or return your order, please notify us via Return the items as listed below in (Returns), within 30 days. We will try to refund the money as soon as possible and in the same way as you paid (or, if the items have not yet been paid, settle the return of the items against your balance), no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation, provided that we have received the items, or proof that the items have been returned. Another payment method can be used for the refund if you consent to this. In any case, this will not entail any additional costs.


If any item received is defective, notify YESFIT Sportswear immediately and return the item as set out in (Returns). All products that are reported as defective are fully reimbursed by YESFIT Sportswear. The provisions of these terms and conditions do not limit any legal rights.


YESFIT Sportswear guarantees full reimbursement of returned items under paragraph 5 (Withdrawal of an order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were upon receipt. This means that the items must not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn (other than trying on the item) and that labels or price tags have not been removed. 


Shipping costs are refunded when you return the entire order. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. 


All our packages include a pre-printed return form that you can use if you want to return items. You will receive a return card from customer service after you have registered your package via state your order number. You can hand in the return package at a postal agency or collection point.
