Explanation ordering process
After you have found an article to your liking and you have chosen a color and size, you can place the desired article in your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" or "Buy now" to click. You can then continue shopping or go directly to your shopping cart.
In the shopping cart
Here you will find an overview of all items that you have placed in your shopping cart. The total amount and the expected delivery date can also be found here. The items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you.
Is everything right? Click on "Checkout" to complete your order. You will be prompted to log into your account, or if you don't have an account yet, register.
How to proceed after the order?
Shortly after your order you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number. We also send an email when your shipment leaves our warehouse. In this e-mail you will receive a tracking code, so that you can track your package on the way.
I have not received a confirmation email?
It may take a few minutes before you receive the confirmation in your mailbox. They may also be blocked by your email program's spam filter.
We recommend that you check your spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. If you can't figure it out, please contact our customer service, we will be happy to help you.
Have you not received an email confirmation from us after 12 hours? Please contact us so that we can solve it for you as soon as possible.
How can I cancel my order?
You ordered the wrong item or do you want a different product? Don't worry, as long as your order has not yet been packed, you can cancel your order.
You cannot undo a cancellation. You can of course place a new order with us. You can expect the refund on your account within 14 working days.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
You can download a copy of your invoice for your order in your account under the heading 'my order'. If you recently placed your order, please wait for the order to be shipped. After this the invoice is available.
