I have received an item that I did not order.

Please return the item to us, indicating that you have received a wrong item. You can do this by requesting a return form + shipping label from us.


Did you receive the wrong item instead of your ordered item? If you still wish to receive the correct item, we would like to ask you to place a new order for it. As soon as you request a return form, indicate that you still want to order the desired item. We will give you a discount coupon for free shipping.

If you have already paid for the item, you will of course receive the purchase amount back as soon as we have received your return. This can take 14 days.
