Yes, we ship worldwide. Make sure you fill in all necessary address details when creating an account or when choosing a shipping address.

What is the delivery time?
All packages are shipped from our location in the Netherlands to your chosen destination country. How long your mail or package is in transit varies per destination. At each destination, it is stated how many days the mail and parcels will be on their way. Please note that sometimes delivery delays can be caused by customs clearances and controls. These are out of our control.

How can I track my order?
You can track your package using the link in the shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 24 hours (with the exception of the weekend). Please contact us using one of the options below.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Did you enter the wrong address or have your plans changed? In most cases it is not possible to change your address once you have placed your order. Although if you send us a message with the correct address as soon as possible, we will always do our best to adjust it.
If your order has already been shipped, you can sometimes change the address, but this can differ per courier. If you do have the option to change the address, you will find the instructions for this in the courier's email and in the Track & Trace link.
Can I have my order picked up at a collection point?
You can pick up your package at our YESFIT sports facility. This option is only available for the Netherlands and Belgium. You do this by clicking on your shopping cart. And choose 'Pick-up' in the shipping option box.
